15 DAYS FOR FULL STORE CREDIT minus cost of washing (due to new COVID policies) from date of delivery for all rugs returned in perfect condition.

Returns must be paid for by the customers.

LIFETIME EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT to be used at anytime for all items returned in perfect condition.

There is no time limit on this, however rugs may only be exchange 1 time per purchase.

Rug pad sales are final.
